St. Croix Falls, Wi Region 1437 Scholarship information

Please email the Regional Commissioner and Registrar at  [email protected] with the information listed below to apply for a scholarship. Please do this prior to fully completing the registration process (stop at the payment page). Do Not Complete with a payment. The board reviews all scholarship's and will contact you via email with more information. Many times we will acknowledge your email, but not provide the code until closer to the end of registration. The board will provide you with an individual coupon code to enter at check out. Please note that families are still responsible for the AYSO Membership Fee. We have no decision with that fee. Currently it is $25 a kid.

Include in your email for the scholarship request -
*Names & birthdates of children
*Brief reason for requesting a scholarship
*Child/Children's skill level/number of years played
*Special team requests due to transportation or siblings (we cannot guarantee accommodation for special requests)
*Your name & telephone number
*Indicate if you are willing to help by volunteering in an area of need during the 2025 Season.
